
YES I read. Very rarely but apparently... I read!
No ratioal reason behind purchasing this book... I just liked the title. I doubt that I will change my workout routine or eating habit upon reading.
It's always good to be bitchy, not to be skinny =D
Update (23 February 2010):
Finished reading the book last night. It's informative and all, but I guess the lifestyle's not cut for everyone. I'm not a supporter of veganism. The tone of the book may also seem kinda harsh for some people. So yeah... Not that awesome.
